SingularBlue System
A depuration system that doesn’t use any chemikal products
Trough a biofilter and acuatic plants it mantain the water qualitat and transparency all year. This unique system allows maximal flexibility because it reduces the superfice necesary for the biofilter installation and the regeneration zone in materials and instalation times.
It is compatible with all the habitual design options in natur pools.

What is a Natural Pool?
Natural Pools are the FUTURE. They are the most sostainable way to benefit us from the water properties, the use of chemikal products manteiniment time, water and light.
The use os chemical products, chlorine mosttly, as desinfectant provoque a series of problems, for us and for the enviroment.
We all recognice the most common health issues: irritable eyes, chlorine in the skin and hair. But for some people with sensitive skin chloramine can hurt the pulmonar epitely and provoque asmatic problems (mostly in kids).
But there are more reasons for a reconversion.
About environment, water, as a finite resource, is an element that we must take care of and not waste. A conventional pool, in addition to needing chemicals, needs to renew its water from time to time, in addition to the use of mechanical debugging sistems which increase the cost of electricity.
A natural pool enhances purification through the biological filter that is responsible for promoting the appearance of the nitrogen cycle. Something that occurs naturally in nature.
This means that you will no longer use chemicals to purify the water. The plants will be the ones that carry out this work.
The result?
Water similar to a river.
You could open the eyes under the water and taste it without having taste.
Do you have a pool and are planing to transform it in a natural pool? Do you want to make a new one?
Contact us, we will be pleased to assist you and advise you in the best way possible. We are specialists in this. We make customized solutions based on your needs and those of the ecosystem to achieve the best integration. Both the design of the pool and its natural purification system will be specifically designed for the environment and climate of each area.
Don’t leave with any doubt.
Common questions about the SingularBlue system
How to make a natural pool without works?
SingularBlue is a compact system that allows the conversion of a conventional pool already built into a natural pool, without extense construction periods, without generating debris and with easy assembly.
It can also be placed in a new natural pool with different designs and styles.
Singularblue combines a shallow gravel biological filter (10cm) with a phosphate reactor and specially selected submerged plants.
If you want to reconvert your current swimming pool without works, this is your system.
What are the advantages from a natural pool?
- The feeling of bathing in nature. The feeling of diving into a natural pool can only be compared to bathing in a river.
- Cleaning occurs naturally, although depending on the project we incorporate filters and other systems for cleaning the bottom of the pool.
- Little or no maintenance.
- Without chemical products that cause allergies and alter the skin and eyes.
- They can allow the incorporation of fish and amphibians. Our system makes it possible to incorporate some species of freshwater shrimp or fishes that collaborate in the cleaning process.
- Landscape integration with the garden.
- There is no need to change the water.
What maintenance will my pool need once naturalized?
Low maintenance is one of the advantages of installing a natural pool.
The only thing you have to do is an annual pruning of the pool plants and an aesthetic maintenance (cleaning the bottom and the surface to remove leaves, etc.) that depends on the taste of the person.
If we don’t do this maintenance, the leaves that fall into the water wil generate more nitrogen, which will feed more plants entering a spiral of biomass generation until algae appear and finally the harmful bacteria that we want to avoid.
In case of transform an already built pool, is it necesary to drill it?
There’s no need.
Among our options, SingularBlue allows the installation of the biological filter and the vegetation on the floor of the existing pool.
The existing installation and pump don’t connect to the SingularBlue system, although they can be used independently to clean the bottom and to clean the surface of leaves and insects for 15 minutes a day.
Will it attract insects and bugs?
The insects and the small fauna that creates in a natural pool are in charge of helping the plants and gravel to purify and clean this bio system.
With this we don’t mean that it will be lots of mosquitoes or that there will be none. As an ecosystem there will be a balance between mosquitoes and their predators.
How is the selection of species for the SingularBlue system done?
When selecting the species for your naturalized pool we will have to take in mind several factors:
• The climate of the area
• Flowering times
• The evolution of the foliage during the year
• Type of fauna that we are going to introduce…
Remember that, regardless of the plant species that we introduce, we must bear in mind that its function is to grow and remove organic matter from the pool.
For this reason, species with rapid and invasive growth work better because their growth is carried out thanks to the absorption of nitrogen.
What is a biological filter and what types are there?
A biological filter is responsible for transforming the ammonia NH3, into nitrate, NO3 by supplying oxygen.
This ammonia oxidation process is carried out by a series of beneficial bacteria that live in the biological filter: “Nitrosomonas” and “Nitrobacter”
The nitrate is already assimilable for the plants that absorb it and eliminate it from the system so that it isn’t available for the proliferation of algae.
I am a professional pool installer, do you sell the kit for professionals?
Yes, if you are a professional and want to install our system, contact us and we will inform you of the steps to become an official supplier of our SingularBlue System.
How does the SingularBlue system fit my particular case?
Once you have decided, the first thing we will ask you is that you send us a bottle with water extracted from the same place from which you will fill the pool with.
With the water data and other variables we will dimension the biological filter and we will make the selection of species.
Could the pool be filled with water from a well?
You could, but the well water should be tested first.
If its quality is adequate, its use is possible, if not, other sources of water will be sought or a previous treatment will be carried out to eliminate the excess of phosphates.
Is the water analysis included in the price of the biological filter?
Yes, it is included.
To do this, we need to analyze the water that comes from the same source from which the pool is going to be filled, and we carry out the analysis for free.
You just have to send us the water in a bottle.
With the data from the analysis and knowing the dimensions of the pool, we can size the biological filter.
If you want to know how to do the water analysis yourself, you can take a look at our explanatory article by clicking here.
